The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said that the North Amman Police Directorate received a report Wednesday morning saying that a public bus driver was attacked with a sharp object by an unknown individual in Sweileh.

The spokesperson confirmed that through investigations, the identity of the person was identified, as it was found that he has criminal records.

The man was arrested and an investigation into the incident has been launched.
