Jordan records 914 new coronavirus cases, 12 deaths
Jordan records 914 new coronavirus cases, 12 deaths

Jordan recorded 12 deaths and 914 new coronavirus cases Tuesday, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 773,657. 

The death toll has risen to 10,071.

The cases are:

- 449 in Amman

- 169 in Zarqa

- 52 in Irbid

- 54 in Balqa

- 38 in Tafilah

- 20 in Ma'an

- 16 in Ajloun

- 30 in Karak

- 20 in Jerash

- 29 in Mafraq

- 15 in Madaba

- 3 in Petra

- 10 in Ramtha

- 9 in Aqaba

A total of 100 cases have been admitted to the hospitals, and 69 have been discharged upon recovery.

There are a total of 11,237 active COVID-19 cases.

There are 629 patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

A total of 19,399 PCR tests were conducted.

Tuesday, 4.71 percent of PCR tests came back positive in comparison to 4.09 percent on Monday.
