The Iraqi Seismic Observatories Department recorded 14 earthquakes in northern Iraq during the past 24 hours.

A source in the weather forecast and seismic monitoring in Iraq said Sunday that the earthquakes occurred in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, and the areas of the outskirts of Kalar in Sulaymaniyah close to the Iranian border.

The tremors were recorded as 3.8 magnitude on the Richter scale.
