Tuesday, Palestinian Health Minister Mai Al-Kila announced the registration of one death, and 139 new infections with the coronavirus.

In the daily report on the epidemiological situation in Palestine, Al-Kaila confirmed that the new death was recorded in the Gaza Strip, while no new deaths were recorded in the West Bank governorates.

She said that the new infections were recorded as follows: Nablus (12), Jenin (5), the outskirts of Jerusalem (2), Tulkarm (2), Hebron (4), Ramallah and Al-Bireh (1), and the Gaza Strip (113).

4,439 PCR examinations were carried out.

The Minister of Health pointed out that there are nine infected in intensive care rooms, while 12 patients are being treated in other coronavirus centers and departments in West Bank hospitals, including one person who is on a respirator.
