Prime Minister Dr. Bishr Al-Khasawneh confirmed that the government will submit an economic plan to His Majesty within the next weeks.

During his visit to Al-Hassan Industrial City in Irbid on Thursday, Al-Khasawneh said that the plan is defined by projects linked to objectives, and the government is committed to implementing them within the next 24 months.

He added that the government will work on overcoming bureaucratic procedures and removing obstacles facing the private sector in order to attract more investments and empower existing ones.

He indicated that continuing to receive vaccinations is essential, in addition to continuing to follow safety and prevention measures, in order to have a safe summer, noting that "our numbers are looking good regarding the Corona pandemic and a return to face-to-face education at the beginning of next September, as well as for opening up other sectors."
