According to Arabia Weather, temperatures will continue to rise Thursday due to a hot air mass centered in the Arabian Peninsula. 

Temperatures will be 2-4 degrees above their average for this time of year, touching 35-36 degrees in Amman and even hotter in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. 

During the night hours, temperatures will be higher than previous nights, with higher levels of humidity. 

In light of the weather, Arabia Weather advised people not to be exposed to direct sunlight, especially in peak afternoon hours, and to drink large quantities of fluids. 

Other heat waves are not expected in the forseeable future.
