Hebrew media reported Monday that a Moroccan military cargo plane landed at the “Hatzor” air base in the Israeli Occupation before the start of major international military exercises to be held next week.

The Israeli Occupation army spokesman refused to reveal whether the landing of the Moroccan plane was linked to the international military exercise, or whether the Moroccan army would participate in these exercises, in which several countries, led by the United States, are expected to participate.

Walla Al-Abri indicated that he documented the landing of the Moroccan plane this morning via a a website that tracks airplanes, and this is the first time a Moroccan plane has landed in the Israeli Occupation. It was not clear how many soldiers and crew members were on the plane and how long they would stay.

The Israeli Occupation army spokesperson said, “The army is cooperating with a variety of foreign countries and armies, while conducting exercises, senior meetings, research and joint developments. We will not discuss cooperation with a specific country.”

According to the website, security cooperation between the Israeli Occupation and Morocco is a very sensitive political issue.

The list of participating countries also includes the United States, Ukraine, Britain, Albania, Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Greece, Italy and Japan in addition to Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Senegal, Spain, South Korea, Sweden and Turkey.
