The Court of Cassation Sunday ratified a decision of the Grand Criminal Court, which included sentencing a man who killed his cousin to death by hanging, in accordance with the provisions of Article 328/1 of the Penal Code.

The murderer shot dead his cousin.

He confessed to the crime following investigations and confessed that he killed his cousin due to previous financial disputes between them.
