Saturday, the Assistant Secretary-General of the Ministry of Health (MoH) for Primary Health Care Ghazi Sharkas said that the coronavirus vaccine is now as important as a ‘passport’ that enables the individual to move freely.

Sharkas wrote on Twitter that the COVID-19 situation in Jordan is “stable.”

He added that now people should be more responsible especially after the reopening of sectors. He called on everyone to adhere to the required health and safety measures, and register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
