Friday, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) approved a USD 200 million increase in financing available to Jordan under its Extended Fund Facility (EFF) after completing a second review of the program.

The IMF said concluding the second review under the EFF would allow Jordan to access USD 206 million immediately, bringing the total disbursements to approximately USD 900 million since the start of 2020.
