A five-year-old child drowned Wednesday evening inside a hotel in Al-Himmah Al-Ordonyah in Irbid, according to Roya's correspondent.

The civil defense teams in Irbid transferred the child to Moaz bin Jabal Hospital, but the child died soon after.

Investigations are currently underway.
