Wednesday, the Court of Cassation upheld the Grand Criminal Court's ruling to execute a person who murdered his five-year-old nephew.

The court decided to uphold the verdict of the killer, who was charged with premeditated murder by the Public Prosecution.

The ruling was based on Article 328/1 of the Penal Code for having fatally stabbed his nephew in retaliation against his brother following disputes.
