Sunday, one person died and another was injured during an armed fight in al-Nozha area in the center of the capital, Amman.

A spokesman for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said that a fight broke out between a number of people in al-Nozha area following a disagreement.

One person opened fire and injured two individuals, who were taken to the hospital where one of them later died.

He added that investigations are underway to determine the cause of the fight.
