Dr. Munir Abu Hilala, a consultant in medicine and epidemiology, called Wednesday for the update of coronavirus treatment protocol in Jordan so that it is in line with international studies, and includes internationally approved medicines for treatment which will contribute to reaching zero coronavirus deaths soon. 

Abu Hilala said that he is satisfied with the increase in the frequency of coronavirus vaccines being administered locally, which contributed to the safe reopening of different sectors and the return of life to the markets. 

However, he called on the government to increase the number of vaccination centers in the capital, Amman, in proportion to the population.

He further called on citizens to register through the vaccines platform and to speed up receiving the vaccine, in order to contribute to accelerating Jordan's return to normal life.
