The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) Tuesday climbed the walls of Jerusalem above Bab al-Amoud before the arrival of the Flag March, in order to protect Zionist settlers who will take part.

Local media confirmed the heavy IOF presence.

Bab al-Amoud Square appeared empty after the IOF vacated Palestinians by force.

As a result of the forced evacuation by the IOF, five Palestinians were injured as the square was transformed into a military barracks, with Jerusalemites  prevented from accessing it.

Notably, IOF helicopters hovered in the sky of Jerusalem with the approach of the march.
