The Jordanian Royal Medical Services (JRMS) Directorate announced Sunday that it launched a blood donation campaign in all its hospitals across the Kingdom Monday, June 14, on the occasion of the ‘World Blood Donor Day.’

"We invite all segments of society to participate in this campaign to express awareness and social responsibility, in addition to the fact that blood donation is an opportunity to periodically check on the general health of donors," a blood bank official at the JRMS said.

The JRMS called on those wishing to donate blood to observe public safety conditions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
