The House of Representatives voted Sunday approving a parliamentary memorandum submitted by 108 MPs demanding the dismissal of MP Osama Al-Ajarmeh.

May 27, Ajarmeh 'insulted' the House of Representatives, its prestige, reputation, its members, and the internal system of the House.

This came during an emergency session at the House of Representatives to consider the resignation of Ajarmeh following his recent statements.

During the late hours of Saturday, dozens of supporters of MP Ajarmeh rioted and fired bullets in the Naour area of the capital, Amman.

The riots resulted in the injury of four members of the security forces, according to the Public Security Directorate (PSD).

May 28, the House of Representatives had voted to freeze the membership of Ajarmeh for one year, following his offensive statements.
