Israeli Occupation opposition leader Yair Lapid said Monday that "many obstacles" remain before forming a government coalition to oust Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who has been in office for 12 years.

"Maybe this will be good and serve as our first test to see if we can find smart compromises in the coming days to achieve the bigger goal," Lapid added, two days before the deadline for forming the "change" government on Wednesday.
