Sunday, the government unveiled the official logo for the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan's 75 years of independence, which falls on May 25.

On this National Day, citizens celebrate Jordan gaining independence from Britain and being declared a Kingdom on May 25, 1946.

Last week, the Prime Ministry announced that May 25 will be an official holiday in Jordan.
