More than 38,000 teachers receive first dose of coronavirus vaccine in Jordan: MoE

Wednesday, a total of 9,455 teachers received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccine, bringing the total number of teachers who received the vaccine to 38,661.

The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Education for Financial and Administrative Affairs, Najwa Qubeilat, said that the national campaign to vaccinate teachers, which was launched in April by the Ministry of Health in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Crisis Management Cell, is being carried out in all regions of the Kingdom.

She told Jordan News Agency, Petra, that, with this, we can reach a safe return to schools.

She lastly called on all teachers to register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
