Sunday morning, the General Authority for Crossings and Borders at the Palestinian Ministry of Interior announced the reopening of the Rafah border crossing to receive those who have been wounded and require medical attention in Gaza due to the ongoing violence by the hands of the Israeli Occupation.

The authority said that the next group of Gaza's wounded who have followed procedures to receive treatment in Egypt must report to the borders at 9am Sunday morning in order to facilitate adequate travel.

The authority noted that all those who will receive treatment received a message with details via SMS.

Friday, Egyptian authorities announced that the country has opened its border with Gaza- the Rafah crossing- to assist in treating Gaza's wounded citizens.
