Palestinian Health Ministry releases latest death toll, injuries in Palestine

Late Saturday, the Palestinian Ministry of Health released the death toll and number of injuries in Gaza and Jerusalem due to the ongoing Israeli Occupation violence.

In the Gaza Strip, since the beginning of the uptick of Israeli Occupation violence until 9pm Saturday, the death toll totals 174 deaths, including 47 children and 29 women.

A total of 1,200 were wounded, including over 313 children, 206 women and 38 critical injuries.

The death toll is still expected to rise, as ambulance and civil defense teams are still carrying out searches under the rubble in Gaza City.

In the West Bank, two individuals were killed and over 450 injuries were reported.

Injuries that reached treatment centers included:

Hebron

- The body of a deceased individual near Al-Fawwar camp reached a treatment center, and 27 were injured by live bullets, including a serious case with a chest injury, and a moderate injury by live bullets near Yatta.

Ramallah

- 12 injuries reached the Palestine Medical Complex, including 10 injuries from live bullets, three of which are critical, and two injuries from rubber bullets.

Qalqilya

- 29 injuries reached treatment centers, including 19 live ammunition injuries, one of which is critical, and three injuries from rubber bullets.

Tulkarm

- The body of a deceased individual reached a treatment center in Tulkarm, and nine injuries, including eight from live bullets, and one from tear gas inhalation.

Jenin

- A total of six individuals suffered live ammunition wounds, including one critical case.

Nablus

- A total of 18 individuals were sent to treatment centers due to live bullet wounds, two of which are critical.

Tubas

- One individual was sent to treatment centers due to a live bullet chest wound.

Bethlehem

- Two individuals were sent to treatment centers due to injuries from live bullets and two suffocation cases due to tear gas inhalation.
