Between Thursday and Friday, dozens of Palestinians were wounded by live and rubber bullets, tear gas and stun grenades in separate violent confrontations that broke out by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) in various parts of the West Bank.

Young man wounded with live bullets and dozens suffocated in Al-Bireh

In Ramallah and Al-Bireh, a young man was wounded in the foot by live bullets Friday, in clashes with the IOF in the village of Nabi Saleh, northwest Ramallah. 

Dozens of young men were also suffocated at dawn Friday, after the IOF fired tear gas canisters, in clashes that broke out at the northern entrance of Al-Bireh. They were treated in the field.

Shot wounds reported south of Nablus

In Nablus, two Palestinians were wounded by live bullets, while others were injured by rubber-coated metal core bullets, and dozens of people suffocated.

This occurred during clashes that broke out between the youths and the IOF at the Huwara military checkpoint established on Palestinian lands, south of Nablus.

Security sources reported that a march began Friday, from the center of Nablus towards the Hawara checkpoint, condemning the Israeli Occupation aggression on Gaza and Jerusalem.

Suffocation injuries in Bethlehem

In Bethlehem, dozens of civilians were suffocated, as a result of the suppression of the IOF and the use of tear gas, in a march that was launched to condemn the aggression on the Gaza Strip and Jerusalem.

Security sources reported that the Israeli Occupation suppressed a march that started from the Bab al-Zuqaq area in Bethlehem, reaching the northern entrance to the city, by firing tear gas and stun grenades, which led to the suffocation of a number of citizens.

In Al-Azza camp in the north of the governorate, the firing of stun grenades and tear gas led to the burning of crops, including those near a house.

The town of Tuqu' and Husan also witnessed clashes after midnight on Thursday, in which a number of Palestinians suffocated due to IOF tear gas.

In the village of Haramleh, east of Bethlehem, the Israeli Occupation closed the main gate to limit the movement of citizens and their vehicles.

In Hebron, dozens of people were suffocated by live bullets

In Hebron, a citizen was wounded by live bullets, and dozens were suffocated, Friday, in clashes with the IOF.

A Roya correspondent reported that violence broke out with the IOF since dawn in several areas of Hebron, which led to the injury of a citizen with live bullets in the foot in the Ziv area, north of Yatta, with his injury being described as moderate.

Dozens of civilians were also suffocated in the Bab Al-Zawiya area in central Hebron, the town of Beit Ummar, and the Al-Aroub camp north of Hebron during the confrontations due to tear gas.

12 Palestinians were wounded by bullets in Jenin

A total of 10 young men were injured by live bullets and dozens of people suffocated in violent confrontations by the IOF at the Jalameh checkpoint, northeast Jenin, at dawn and Friday morning.

The injured were transported to the Martyr Khalil Suleiman Governmental Hospital and Ibn Sina Hospital in Jenin.

The director of the Red Crescent Ambulance, Mahmoud Al-Saadi, as well as security sources, confirmed to Wafa News Agency that 10 young men from Jenin were hit by live bullets in the lower extremities and dozens of people suffocated.

Al-Saadi added that the IOF fired intensively at ambulances, with the driver narrowly escaping death after the vehicle was hit by bullets, while trying to rescue a wounded young man near the Jalameh checkpoint.

The IOF also suppressed a peaceful march condemning the ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip, Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem.

During the march, the IOF arrested four young men at Jalameh. Their identities were not disclosed.

Live bullets fired in Qalqilya

Friday morning, a young man was wounded by live bullets, from Jayyous, east Qalqilya, in clashes with the IOF near the entrance to the town.

A paramedic from the Red Crescent Society told Wafa News Agency that a 28-year-old man was injured by live bullets and was subsequently transferred to Darwish Nazzal Governmental Hospital for treatment, with his injuries being described as critical.

He pointed out that his the paramedics, after midnight, dealt with 64 cases, including nine rubbet bullet injuries and 54 cases of suffocation from tear gas, which were treated in the field.

Injuries and arrests in Tulkarm

Friday dawn, three young men were wounded by IOF bullets in violent confrontations in the Gishori factory vicinity, west Tulkarm, in support of Jerusalem, Al-Aqsa Mosque and Gaza.
