Thursday, the Assistant Secretary-General for Primary Health Care at the Ministry of Health (MoH) Ghazi Sharkas called for preserving the stability of the COVID-19 situation in the Kingdom in order to reach a safe summer.

He told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the people of Jordan must continue to abide by preventive measures, wear masks, and refrain from shaking people's hands and kissing during Eid al-Fitr.

Sharkas called on the citizens and residents of Jordan to register for COVID-19 vaccination if they have not yet.
