His Majesty King Abdullah II directed the Jordanian government to dispatch urgent medical aid to Palestine.

In statements made by the Royal Hashemite Court (RHC) on Twitter, the medical aid will be sent to Palestinians in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.

Earlier Wednesday, His Majesty called the Palestinian President, Mahmoud Abbas, to discuss the dangerous developments that the city of Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip are going through due to Israeli Occupation aggression.

His Majesty emphasized that the criminal attacks by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), on Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood and the Gaza Strip, are dangerous and unacceptable.

His Majesty and Abbas agreed to continue coordination and work to stop the Israeli Occupation attacks on the Palestinian people.

Wednesday, the Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip reported that the death toll in Gaza now totals 53 Palestinians, including 14 children and three women. The statement added 320 people were injured up until Wednesday noon.
