Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh issued a notice Sunday, to reduce the night curfew hours, starting on the first day of Eid Al-Fitr, to become from 10pm for establishments and 11pm for individuals until 6 am.

The government confirmed that this decision comes within the framework of the safe, gradual mitigation measures that the they will take in accordance with the developments of the COVID-19 situation, leading to the strategic goal of reaching a safe summer.

The government pointed out that these decisions remain based on the commitment of citizens and establishments to public safety measures.

The government affirmed that it would move forward in the balance between preserving the citizen's health and sustaining economic activities, and taking mitigating measures in accordance with the developments of the coronavirus situation.
