Friday, His Majesty King Abdullah II received condolences during a phone call from the President of the Israeli Occupation, Reuven Rivlin, on the death of the late His Highness Prince Muhammed bin Talal.

In turn, His Majesty expressed his condolences to Rivlin on the deaths during a stampede which broke out at a religious gathering in the Israeli Occupation.

The stampede, has killed at least 45 and left more than 100 injured.

In the call, His Majesty stressed the need to stop the escalation of events in Jerusalem, stressing that the two-state solution is the only way to solve the Palestinian-Israeli Occupation conflict, which guarantees the establishment of an independent Palestinian state as per the June 4, 1967 lines, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
