The Minister of Culture, Ali Al-Ayed, mourned the death of the Jordanian music artist, Meteb al Saqqar, who died Saturday morning.

Ayed extended the condolences of the Ministry of Culture to the family of the deceased and his colleagues in the Jordanian Artists Association.

Early Saturday, Saqar died after a struggle with illness. He was in his forties.

Saqar was suffering from a kidney disease.
