Tuesday, Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh announced official holidays for Christians on the occasion of Palm Sunday and Easter. 

According to the statement issued by Khasawneh, Sunday, April 25 was declared an official holiday for the occasion of Palm Sunday, while May 2 and 3 have been declared official holidays for the occasion of Easter.

This decision includes Christians working in ministries, official departments, institutions and public bodies.
