Monday, a Jordanian professional snooker player Jalal Al-Sarisi died due to COVID-19.

The news about his passing circulated accross social media platforms. 

Sarisi was a member of the Jordan Billiard and Snooker Federation and proved his love for his country when he refused to represent Venezuela in the World Championship, even though he holds a Venezuelan passport as well as a Jordanian passport.
