The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) completed the construction of new traffic lights in Sweifieh and Al-Hurriya Street.

These traffic lights were introduced after conducting studies in cooperation with the Central Traffic Department to ensure traffic safety and smooth flow in these specific location.

The Director of the Traffic Operations Department Mohammad al-Faouri, said GAM will start testing these traffic lights Saturday, after all the necessary signs are put up to ensure people's safety.
