Lebanese President Michel Aoun affirmed that Lebanon's president and people stand by Jordan's King and people, in the face of anything that could compromise stability and security in Jordan.

In a statement Sunday, Aoun said Jordan has always stood by Lebanon during the difficult circumstances it went through. He stressed that His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein has always been the best supporter and advocate in regional and international forums.
