From bored to baker: how one Londoner became a business woman through lockdown

In March of 2020, when England went into its first lockdown, Sophia Sutton-James baked a loaf of sourdough for a neighbor. 

Apparently it was pretty good. 

As word spread of Sutton-James' delicious bread, Sophia and her husband Jesse began reconsidering their current jobs. 

Soon enough, they had Crowdfunded for their own bakery equipment, set up their own shop in London, and found a passion for both the health and community the shop provided.
