Wednesday, an owner of a private facility was detained for a period of one week for serving shisha, announced the public prosecutor of the Northern Jordan Valley.

The owner served shisha to 27 people.

Nov. 17, Prime Minister Bisher al-Khasawneh announced that restaurants and cafes will no longer be permitted to serve shisha in light of the pandemic.
