A Royal Decree was issued Saturday approving the assignment of The Minister of Interior Mazen Faraya to manage the Ministry of Health (MoH), effective immediately.

Notably, A Royal Decree was also issued tp dismiss the Minister of Health, Nathir Obeidat, effective immediately.

Earlier Saturday, Obeidat handed in his resignation after stating that he bears a moral responsibility following the events which took place at Al-Hussein New Salt Hospital, wherein there was a lack of oxygen, which resulted in the death of seven.
