The head of the Amman Chamber of Commerce Khalil Hajj Tawfiq Monday ruled out the possibility of the government imposing a long total lockdown.

Hajj Tawfiq shared a post on Facebook saying no matter what the National Committee for Epidemics recommends after their Monday meeting, the ACC does not expect the government to impose a one or two-week lockdown.

He advised against sharing inaccurate news and stressed that no decision has been made to impose three to four-day lockdown.
