Thursday, three grooms were arrested for a period of one week in Ajloun, Ramtha and the Northern Aghwar following defense order violations. The grooms did not abide by the required health and safety measures, and held weddings that exceeded the permissible limit based on defense orders, which stipulate that gatherings should not exceed 20 people.

Monday evening, security services in the Zarqa governorate arrested 300 people who participated in a wedding ceremony in the Birain area of Zarqa, according to the local governor Hijazi Assaf.

Assaf explained to Roya that the ceremony was held in a farm in Birain, where the groom arrived by helicopter.
