Monday, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply which is mandated by Defense Order 20 to follow up on the compliance of facilities and individuals with preventive health measures, announced that since the issuance of Defense Order 20, 41,000 facilities, and 6,600 people were issued violations.

Notably, only last week, 232 establishments and 525 individuals were issued violations for non-compliance with defense orders and public safety requirements.

Ministry data showed that the number of facilities visited since the issuance of the defense order 20 to 27 amounted to about 267,000.

The ministry indicated that the authorities will continue intensive monitoring campaigns in all regions of the Kingdom to ensure that establishments and individuals adhere to the set measures.
