The spokesperson for the Palestinian Ministry of Health Kamal Al-Shakhra said Wednesday that Palestine has entered its third wave of the coronavirus, noting that Palestine is wintessing a huge increase in the number of infections.
In a statement, Shakhra announced that the country confirmed 352 new cases of the British mutated COVID-19 strain, 75 of the South African and zero cases of the Brazilian strain during the past 24 hours.
He added that there are no beds for COVID-19 patients left in the suburbs of Occupied Jerusalem.
Wednesday, Palestine confirmed 1,391 coronavirus cases and five deaths.
