Oman announced that it has banned entry from 10 countries Tuesday and for a period of 15 days. The ban aims to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

The countries are: Sudan, Lebanon, South Africa, Brazil, Nigeria, Tanzania, Ghana, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Ethiopia.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, Oman has recorded 139,692 coronavirus cases and 1,555 deaths.
