The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said, due to the possibility of a further decrease in temperatures, expected frost formation and remaining snow accumulation in some areas, citizens are advised to beware of slippery roads Saturday night and Sunday morning. 

He also called on citizens to adhere to safety measures related to heaters:

• Use heaters in well-ventilated areas.
• Switch off heaters before going to bed.
• Place heaters in safe places.
• Regularly check gas hoses for leaks and replace rubber seals regularly.
• Switch off kerosene heaters while filling up with fuel.
• Do not cook or heat food on kerosene heaters.
• Store petroleum products in safe places out of children's reach.
• Inspect electric heaters on a regular basis.
