A Significant drop in Temperatures is expected across the Kingdom Wednesday, as temperatures in Amman will range between 2 degrees and -1 degrees. According to Arabia Weather, Jordan is expecting snow in the afternoon, which will get heavier by nighttime. 

Based on Arabia Weather's latest weather updates, most mountainous areas in the North region witnessed continuous snowfall Tuesday night, getting between 5-10 cm of snow. High areas in the central region witnessed some snowfall with limited accumulation in a few neighborhoods in Amman and Balqa.

Snow is expected to fall and accumulate on mountainous areas in the North (more than 900 meters above sea level), which will gradually move towards central regions of the Kingdom bringing snow in the afternoon and evening hours.

Winds will be strong and active, exceeding 100 km/hour at times.

Thursday, temperatures in Amman will range between 4 degrees during the day and 2 degrees at night, accompanied by snow during the day and rain showers at night.
