Israeli Occupation bans entry of COVID-19 vaccines into Gaza Strip

Monday, the Palestinian Minister of Health Mai al-Kaila said that the Israeli Occupation banned the entry of COVID-19 vaccines into Gaza Strip. She added 2,000 doses of the Russian 'Sputnik V' vaccine were supposed to enter Gaza Strip.

Kaila added that such actions are against the international laws and agreements. 

She lastly stressed that the Palestinian government and the Ministry of Health are communicating with international organizations to provide the Gaza Strip with COVID-19 vaccines as quickly as possible.

Gaza Strip confirmed 79 coronavirus cases and two deaths Monday.
