A representative from the External Patrols Department at the Public Security Directorate said that curious people who gather near traffic accidents cause overcrowding that leads to traffic jams and, in some cases, other accidents.

He told Amen FM that people should not gather or take pictures of traffic accidents or the people involved, as it is a violation of their privacy. He added that people should make way for the relevant authorities to reach the location and provide people with the necessary medical aid, which in some cases is needed to save lives.

A representative from the Central Traffic Department said all schools in Amman have been assigned traffic supervisors to facilitate the process of safely transporting students to their schools. He called on parents and students to adhere to traffic rules.
