Early Tuesday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs announced that a man holding dual Jordanian-American citizenship was shot Saturday morning in Denver, Colorado, which led to his death.

The identity of the man was not revealed.

The ministry said that it is in contact with his relatives in Jordan.

The Jordanian embassy in Washington is also in contact with the local authorities to find out the causes of the accident and to provide all possible assistance to families.
