Monday, gold prices witnessed stability in the local Jordanian market.

According to Jordanian Jewellers Syndicate (JJS), the selling price of a gram of 21-carat gold, which is most desired to Jordanians in the local market, was JD 37 for citizen purchases from goldsmiths' stores, compared to JD 35.5 for sellers.

The selling price of a gram of 24-carat gold and 18-carat gold for the purpose of buying from goldsmiths' shops was JD 44.10 and JD 33, respectively.
