The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) and settlers continued their violations of the rights of Palestinians and their property.

A total of nine Palestinian citizens were injured during the peaceful weekly march of Kafr Qaddum, West Bank. Additionally, settlers stormed Khan al-Laban al-Sharqiya, and the Israeli [Occupation] Prison Service forces (IPS) attacked the prisoners in Gilboa Prison.

Friday, the Commission of Detainees Affairs in Ramallah reported that Israeli Occupation forces from the special repression units affiliated to the IPS, stormed the number one section of the Gilboa prison and assaulted several Palestinian prisoners, which led to the injury of the Amir Abu Jaish with bruises.

The commission said in a statement that several rooms were raided by forces in the prison. The section was closed and rooms five, 13, and 14 were entered as they sabotaged their contents.

The authority added that the repression forces threw the prisoners' possessions in the prison yard in the rain and tore their clothes.

They pointed out that the repression units, estimated in number in the hundreds, used firearms, tear gas grenades, large equipment and batons during the crackdown to break doors after they were closed by the prisoners, explaining that a state of tension and anticipation prevails in the prison.
