Wednesday, Qatar Airways announced the resumption of flights with the United Arab Emirates, with two flights per day to Dubai, and one to Abu Dhabi, starting Thursday.

Qatar Airways said in a tweet that travelers from the UAE will have the opportunity to book more than 800 flights per week flying to more than 120 destinations worldwide.

Qatar Airways resumed its flights to Egypt with daily flights to Cairo International Airport, while also relaunching flights to Alexandria from Jan. 25.

Qatar Airways and Saudi Airlines resumed their flights between Doha, Riyadh and Dammam a week ago.

The decision came following the signing of Al-Ula statement which took place on Jan. 5, which successfully ended the 'Gulf Crisis.'
