Tuesday, the Jordanian Olympic Committee announced the steps to be taken in order to reopen sports centers, gyms and other sporting facilities in accordance to the health instructions from the Ministry of Labor.

On Jan. 13, during a press conference, the government announced that gyms and other sporting facilities will be opening on Feb. 1.
On the committee’s website, they urged for all establishments to follow the preventative measures set in place by the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Health in order to prevent further infections.

The committee clarified that those who wish to reopen their establishments should go to the Jordanian Olympic Committee Amman Hall to sign the necessary pledges in order to obtain a certificate of commitment to the health protocols.

Whoever will sign the pledges must bring the appropriate identification and registration documents.
