Friday, Syrian and Russian media claimed that the Israeli Occupation launched airstrikes and raids on areas in the several areas in Syria, which killed a family of four on the western edge of Hama, Syria. Residents in Irbid, especially those close to the Syrian border, told Roya that the sound of the explosions were heard and 'rocked' Irbid.

According to the official Syrian News Agency SANA, four civilians, including two children were killed as a result of the bombing of the Israeli Occupation forces targeting the Hama governorate in central Syria.

SANA quoted a Syrian military source saying that the Syrian air defenses responded at dawn to missiles of from the Israeli Occupation. The military source claimed that the most missiles were intercepted.

The source confirmed that "the air aggression (...) resulted in the martyrdom of a family including a father, a mother and two children."

In addition, four others were wounded, and three houses were destroyed in the western edge of Hama.

Syrian media reported that the air defenses responded in the morning to raids from the Israeli Occupation in the central province of Hama, after it reported that explosions were heard there.

The Russian news agency Sputnik reported that the raids also targeted locations in Tartus on the Syrian coast.
